1. A New Baby Is About To Arrive
During your pregnancy, tell your firstborn about the arrival of his or her sibling in
the near future. Warm them up to the idea of a little human who can be their best friend.
This will make the first interactions a smooth sailing experience.

Your toddler must be naturally curious about the new baby at home and may want to
play with the little human. Let them have their sloppy kisses and cuddling time under

As your kids grow up and become toddlers, it is likely that they fight over the same
toy or just don’t get along. But when they do, don’t interrupt the happy playtime.

Find games and family activities that the kids will enjoy together. Build experiences
that they can enjoy together. Make memories for their future and be a foundation for

Give your kids tasks to complete as a team. Example: Making a birthday card for
